Sika designs are sick!!! :D

In anticipation of the upcoming fashion week taking place in Ghana, I decided to do a series of posts on my favorite Ghanaian designers so far. These people are talented and are taking African fashion to another level by coming up with the most beautiful and unique pieces ever.

First up is Phyllis Taylor of Sika Designs. I am in love with these pieces. They are beautifully tailored and the model is working it!

The Ghana Fashion and Design Week is Ghana’s first official fashion week and will be taking place in Accra, on the 5th  to 7th of October 2012 at the Moevenpick Ambassador Hotel. This is a major break through in the Ghanaian Fashion Industry as educative fashion seminars are already being held on the Business of Fashion and Creativity.
